TONGLI manufactures printed labels and supplies unprinted shrink films for beverage, dairy and food packaging. Located in Anhui, China, our approximately 10,000 m² site combines printing, converting and inspection. Normal daily master-roll output is approximately 1.5 million linear meters.
Our printing operation includes four gravure presses with up to 10 colors and two 12-color flexographic presses. Seven sleeve seaming machines, five die-cutting machines and four slitting machines support converting. Eleven label inspection machines and six in-line inspection systems support checks during production and on finished labels.
We are a key label supplier to established Chinese brands including Liziyuan, Huanlejia, Shuanghui, Mingren, Yineng and Weigang Dairy. This experience supports the ongoing packaging needs of beverage, dairy and food producers.
