FIT & FINISH

Review print details on the flat label, then check the shrink fit on the actual container.

Fit at shoulders & curves
Check the sleeve on the actual container, especially at the shoulder, curves and base.

Review the seam position and the appearance of the sleeve after shrinking.

Confirm the sleeve dimensions or roll format against the agreed order requirements.

Confirm the sample & specifications
Confirm the artwork, color reference, material, dimensions and delivery format.

Review registration, small text and color against the agreed reference, with in-line inspection during production.

Inspect the finished label
Check appearance and dimensions. For shrink sleeves, also check seams and the fit after shrinking onto the actual bottle.

Check the finished format & packing
Confirm the finished roll or sleeve format, product identification and packing requirements.
